I cannot believe a month has already gone by! There are a few things I want to make note of about the first month of her life:
- Two nights in a row she has slept for 8 hours. Amazing! Now if only it was from 12-8 instead of 8-4.
- She is losing all the hair on the top of her head, giving her a nice little cul-de-sac.
- She nurses pretty good, typically for 15 minutes, but does a lot of flailing and flopping around so I have to put her in a straight jacket!
- Still loves to be swaddled.
- Likes to sit in the tub with me (if she has been fed)
- Has had 3 huge barfing fits, leaving me totally freaked out.
- Took her first trip to the mountains of Horseshoe Bend on July 15 when Blake had to go pick up his bear-bait. Slept the entire way up and back on the bumpy gravel road.
- Doesn't matter what time I feed her or put her to bed, she gets up around 4-5 and then again at 7ish. Such a good baby.
We love this little girl!
