water is a lot of things.

In the church, Christ is referred to as the living water, which I have always loved. outside of the church, water is almost always associated with life. water makes plants grow and it makes things clean. it quenches thirst. it is a source of recreation. it is WONDERFUL.





THEN WHY IS DRINKING EIGHT GLASSES OF WATER A DAY SO DIFFICULT!?

in honor of my new 101 in 1001 in one list, I decided to straight up tackle a goal. bright-eyed and with full force, I woke this morning and told myself that not only would I not eat any crap today, i would drink my 8 glasses of water.

which is number 084. drink eight 80z. glasses of water a day for a week
and 052. go without candy for 2 weeks

this is harder than it sounds, i promise.
I need a bridge over troubled water.
